Q. What is a Home Inspection?
A. an objective examination of the visibly accessable components of the house. An inspection is not a guarantee or a warranty (we did not build the house) but rather an opportunity to identify any existing major problems that would affect your decision to purchase the house.
Q. What is my role during the Inspection?
A. We recommend that you attend the entire inspection. We find clients better understand the concerns and recommendations for the house by being able to see them first hand. If you can't be there, NO PROBLEM!, we will take the time to explain our findings and answer all your questions.
Q. How long does it take?
A. This depends on the age and size of the house, but typically, 2-3 hours.
Q. What if you fail the house?
A. An inspector should not pass or fail a house. We want to clearly report our findings and recommendations to you so you can be informed about the immediate and/or future improvements needed.
Q. How much does an inspection cost?
A. The cost of an inspection depends on the size, age and complexity of the property. When you call we will give you a free, no obligation quote!
