There is alot of information out there regarding the new home energy efficiency program and we understand that it can sometimes be confusing as each house is unique and everyone’s circumstance is of its own. We3 are here to help you through the process.

How it works:
- You call to book an assessments (D evaluation)
- We come to your house and spend approx. 2-3 hours going over all details of your house and how it functions
- Our advisors go over your plans for upgrades
- Our advisors do up a report detailing your houses' efficiency and what recommendations they have for upgrades which you receive within two weeks
-You have 18 months from the time of the D evaluation to do all your upgrades
- Once all your upgrades are done or at 18 months we will come back and do a final evaluation (E)
- We do all the paperwork on your behalf and send into the government

What your Assessment includes:
-Detailed measurements of outside envelope of your home
-Pictures of attic, major appliances, exterior of your home
- Detailed report including recommendations for upgrades, energy rating of your house, estimated saving on energy bills once upgrades are complete
- Blower Door test to indicate air leakage in your home

Cost:
For information on the cost for your assessments please call us to discuss this.  Remember that you get $150.00 dollars back from the government for the cost of your D evaluation.
